Booking Policy
Appointments
All appointments are offered by advance booking only. Time is reserved exclusively for you.
Deposits & Card Authorisation
To secure an appointment, we may require either a deposit or a valid card authorisation, depending on the service booked.
Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the final total on the day of your appointment.
Card authorisation does not result in a charge at the time of booking. A temporary verification (£0 or £1) may appear and will automatically drop off.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 8 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment and 4 hours’ notice is required to reschedule, subject to availability.
Cancellations or changes made outside of these timeframes may result in the deposit being retained or a fee charged to the authorised card, in line with this policy.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit or a charge applied to the authorised card. Rebooking may require full payment in advance.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or cancellation where it is no longer possible to proceed safely or without impacting subsequent bookings. In such cases, the deposit or applicable fee may be retained.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, or contraindications prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
If a client has a concern regarding their service, this must be raised during the appointment or within 24 hours of the service so it can be properly assessed.
Where appropriate, a complimentary adjustment or correction may be offered at our discretion.
If a client chooses not to accept the adjustment offered, the service will be deemed completed and fulfilled, and no refund, credit, or alternative compensation will be provided.
Refunds are not offered for completed services, nor for concerns related to personal preference, lifestyle factors, or aftercare not being followed.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service where policies are not respected or where treatment cannot be carried out safely, professionally, or within the allocated time.
Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
